A Captain's Guide to Saba is a setting guide to the island of Saba. It features three locations as well as two NPC's. Each locations is described with enough detail to provide structure, but leaves enough open for Harbourmasters to add, change, remove, and otherwise edit the setting as they see fit. The guide can be fit onto a single, double sided piece of paper.
